During these times of great change, my purpose is to support you and those seeking a deeper connection—with yourselves, with others, with Spirit and all your relations. By crafting these sacred instruments, I aim to empower you to form meaningful relations with your inner and hider selves and the world around you. Providing support to create a sense of community is equally vital, helping bring people together who equally desire to explore and embrace a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life.
The Drum is as old as humankind, present in cultures across the world. It represents the feminine through its circular form, symbolizing a vessel of life among other things. In shamanic traditions, the drum is like the heartbeat of Mother Earth, encouraging us to attune back to the land and rhythms of nature. Through its healing rhythms and vibrations, The Drum serves as a sacred tool to facilitate healing and help us realign with the natural cycles of life.
The frame drum, with its simple design of animal hide stretched over a wooden hoop, is believed to be the earliest form of drum. Historically, it has been deeply intertwined with spiritual rituals, rites of passage, and community gatherings. Drumming has long been a medium for healing, prayer, communication with nature’s spirits and deities, and inducing meditative or altered states for shamanic journeys. Research also reveals that the Earth resonates at a frequency of 7.8 to 12 cycles per second, which aligns closely with the drum’s frequency of 7 to 14 cycles per second. As we listen to the drum’s rhythm, we harmonize with the Earth’s natural vibration.
Since ancient times, people have gathered in circles to connect, share, and honor life’s meaningful moments through ritual and purpose. These timeless practices help us celebrate, process, and navigate the rites of passages of life, offering space for both personal and collective growth. In today’s fast-paced and sometimes superficial world, making time to the honor the sacredness of ceremony is more essential than ever—for the nourishing and flourishing of the self and soul.

The ultimate purpose of ritual and ceremony is personal empowerment—remembering who we truly are and reconnecting with our divine nature. From this place of alignment, we can better embrace life’s experiences as opportunities for spiritual growth, maintaining balance and harmony along the way.
The essence of ceremony lies in the intentional use of symbols and actions, where the intangible becomes tangible, and meaning is brought to life. Ceremonies evoke energies to inspire change, honor transitions, and acknowledge life’s sacred moments. By participating in ceremony, we "walk our prayers," transforming intention into reality. They can mark seasonal milestones, such as solstices and equinoxes, or celebrate significant life transitions, rites of passages such as birth, naming, puberty, marriage, and others.
We gather in ceremony and sacred circle to enter a transformative space—a pause from daily life to reflect, reconnect, and realign with our deeper selves. These intentional practices help us process emotions, honor life’s changes, and nurture personal growth. Through ritual and shared purpose, they provide the sacred energy and collective support needed for healing and transformation, enabling our souls to evolve and thrive.
Fellow lightworkers, I'm so excited to share my work and all I BE with you. It's been lifetimes and eons to arrive at this divine place and timeline now. It's time for all of us to rise and be the lightwarriors, space holders, healers, wisdom keepers, dreamers and weavers of the golden age. We have much to share with the world.
